Event Description
The Princeton Laboratory for Artificial Intelligence (the “AI Lab”) invites faculty members to the inaugural AI Research Collaboration Symposium, a gathering dedicated to exploring new research ideas and finding partners to pursue them.
AI provides new technologies that can be applied to an increasingly wide range of research problems. The goal of this symposium is to identify new settings where AI can have a transformative impact, and to help faculty find collaborators in pursuing these projects.
We are featuring three types of presentations:
- Moonshot talks focus on outlining an ambitious vision for a way that AI can be used to solve a substantial research problem from faculty members who are looking to build a team to take on that challenge.
- Research Problem presentations identify a more specific research problem that a faculty member doesn’t yet know how to solve but might benefit from finding the right collaborator.
- Seed Grant Lightning Talks where seed grants recipients will share their work.
This event is by invitation only.
